Added a quick option to re-optimize already optimized scans. Now you can run other optimization methods again, without the need to undo the previous method first.

Also we decided to include our post-scan optimizations in all plans. This means you are now able to try as many optimizations as you like and experiment with different methods without reaching a limit.
