New WebDAV support

MAVO 3D now supports WebDAV (Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning). A platform-agnostic standard for transferring data over the internet. This enables seamless file transfers from your device to remote folders, including self-hosted and open-source cloud platforms. It makes export location management in MAVO 3D significantly more flexible.

New Nextcloud & ownCloud

Connect your Nextcloud or ownCloud account and manage your export destinations directly from MAVO 3D. Either use a direct link to your public folder or sign in with your credentials or create a secure QR code.

Create new folders | Select existing folders as your export | Set a default export destination for future uploads

Uploads:

Standard and multipart upload support for reliable transfer of large files. Generic upload support for broader compatibility across setups.

Enhanced ATIS.cloud

ATIS.cloud users can now take advantage of improved project folder handling. Select the target project for your scan uploads directly from within MAVO 3D, making it easier than ever to keep your ATIS.cloud project structure organized and up to date.

Added a quick option to re-optimize already optimized scans. Now you can run other optimization methods again, without the need to undo the previous method first.

Also we decided to include our post-scan optimizations in all plans. This means you are now able to try as many optimizations as you like and experiment with different methods without reaching a limit.

Bug fix

The latest Apple beta version (26.4) had an issue affecting all apps using the depth confidence estimations provided by ARKit. We’ve released a workaround, but quality and noise are affected negatively. We’ve reported it to Apple.

-> Disable iOS Beta auto-updates and reverted to stable iOS 26.3, until Apple resolve the issue. Everything is smooth on stable iOS 26.3. Thanks for reporting, MAVO users. 💚

Introducing optimization method selection

This evolving feature adapts to different scan scenarios. Our first version automatically used all available data for post-scan optimization. As we continue to develop MAVO 3D, you’ll have more control over how it processes your 3D models. Choose to use photo checkpoints, RAW data or go “all in”. Select different methods for the scanned environment to receive better results.
